What is Zumboga?  Since this web site is about CHANGE... over the last ten years, I realized my body did not need the same exercise routine that it did in my 50's.   I no longer felt it needed to be doing a whole hour of intense cardio.  Yes, I needed to do cardio - but I also needed just as much to do strength training to keep my muscles strong and most importantly Stretching to stay flexible.

I have always been a big ZUMBA lover, so I just took some easy dance moves from Zumba and combined light hand weights  with easy yoga stretches to create a one hour Zumboga class.
