New York Zumboga - now called "Move and Stretch".  Why the name change?  Only because sometimes the word "Zumba throws people off thinking they "can't do it".  It's the same class!

And we have a new location!  Riverside Avenue at the Tennis Courts in Ogdensburg.  Beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River and a newly resurfaced tennis court.  Perfect!
